Sedation

Don’t let your fear of dentistry, or anxiety at the thought of visiting the dentist keep you from needed dental treatment.  It is almost always better to address dental needs early instead of waiting for things to get worse or become painful.

We offer several options for sedation.  Nitrous oxide (laughing gas) is a mild relaxing agent which will allow you to drive yourself to and from your appointment.  Deeper sedation options are available, including enteral sedation, which involves an oral sedative combined with nitrous oxide. With this level of sedation you are still conscious but remember little if anything about the actual procedure.
